Currently, a strategic partner at Lightrock, a leading global impact investing platform, Cornelius invests and serves on the boards of start-ups and later-stage companies with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals and sustainable business models.
Prashanth Reddy

Prashanth Reddy is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company based in New Jersey, where he has spent nearly 20 years serving private equity firms, health insurers, health services companies, pharma services organizations, providers, and technology clients. His work spans growth strategy, investing, performance, operations transformation, and healthcare value creation.
He holds a Master's in Finance from London Business School, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class as a Merrill Lynch Foundation Scholar, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal. He serves on the Board of Trustees of The Pingry School in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Outside of client work, Prashanth is actively involved in mentoring and developing colleagues and future leaders across the firm.

Esther Wojcicki

Esther Denise "Woj" Hochman Wojcicki is an American journalist, educator, and vice chair of the Creative Commons Advisory Council. Wojcicki has studied education and technology. She is the founder of the Palo Alto High School Media Arts Program in Palo Alto, California. She served on the University of California Office of the President Curriculum Committee where she helped revise the beginning and advanced journalism curriculum for the state of California.

Former Regional Director (India) for Ford Foundation, Pradeep has over 25 years of global experience, in technology, management consulting, and investing/funding. Starting in Silicon Valley as a big five management consultant, building software application products, Pradeep was part of an advisory start-up led by President Clinton and Mayor Bloomberg. In his current role, he focuses on deploying capital, supporting visionary people and organizations, to solve societal problems.

He is currently focused on helping clients use data analytics and AI for better decision-making, safety, and workforce efficiency, as well as supporting their net-zero journeys.

A global entrepreneur, executive coach, and philanthropy leader, Rashi Mehta co-founded Rahi Systems, helping grow the bootstrapped Silicon Valley startup into a global technology company operating in more than 25 countries before its acquisition by Wesco, a Fortune 200 company. An executive coach trained at UC Berkeley, she has coached CEOs and senior leaders across industries. She also serves on the Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation Greater Bay Area and founded the Iron Lady Foundation in memory of her mother to advance education, healthcare, clean water, sanitation, and women's economic empowerment through community-led initiatives.
